It was so bad that we considered replacing the carpet with LVT. However, I found Pristine Carpet Cleaning through a FB group and wanted a second opinion. Brian was very punctual and professional during the appointment and he reassured me that he can restore the carpets without having to replace them. We contacted Mr. Brian and he was wonderful!! The first treatment we did, we noticed a huge difference but the smell was still there because our carpet was so bad. The company contacted us to see how everything was doing. Showing us that they really do care about the customers!! We did two extra treatments to make sure the carpets were fully clean! Mind you that this was all in a short amount of time! Now there is no bad smell and the carpet feels so much better! The service was wonderful! 10/10 recommend for anyone that would need their carpets cleaned!! We will be using this company in the future for sure!!
