We contacted Mr. Brian and he was wonderful!! The first treatment we did, we noticed a huge difference but the smell was still there because our carpet was so bad. The company contacted us to see how everything was doing. Showing us that they really do care about the customers!! We did two extra treatments to make sure the carpets were fully clean!
